On January 14, 2015, David B. Navikas, Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development of PPG Industries, Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to retire effective March 1, 2015. On January 16, 2015, the Company issued a press release reporting Mr. Navikas’s retirement. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.
