Distribution Declared
On January 15, 2015, KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II, Inc.’s (the “Company”) board of directors declared a distribution in the amount of $0.02488493 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 29, 2015 and $0.02247671 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 26, 2015. Distributions are paid on or about the first business day of the following month.
