(b) Judy Webber advised the Company today that, effective February 1, 2015, she will step down as Senior Vice President - Technical Services of Willis Lease Finance Corporation and effective June 30, 2015, she will retire from the Company.  In the interim, she will work with Anthony Spaulding, who will assume the same title and role upon Ms. Webber’s stepping down.  The Company anticipates that Ms. Webber will continue to work with the Company in a consulting capacity following her retirement from her current, full-time position.
