On January 15, 2015, Tessera Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s subsidiary Tessera, Inc. had entered into a settlement with Amkor Technology, Inc. (“Amkor”) to settle all pending litigation between Amkor and Tessera, Inc. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
