Merrill Lynch Alternative Investments LLC is the general partner and sponsor (the “Sponsor”) of ML Trend-Following Futures Fund L.P. (the “Registrant”).
(b) On January 8, 2015, Colleen R. Rusch gave verbal notice to the Sponsor that she will be resigning as a member of the Sponsor’s Board of Managers. Additionally, she will be resigning as a Vice President of the Sponsor. As of this filing, there is not a definitive effective date regarding her resignations.
