On January 14, 2015, Autoliv, Inc. (“Autoliv” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s CEO, President and Chairman Mr. Jan Carlson had delivered a speech at Deutsche Bank’s Global Auto Industry Conference held on the same day. The speech included comments on the Company’s electronics and active safety business, and updates on its inflator business. The Company also communicated that it intends to hold a capital market day on June 2-3, 2015 in Sweden.
A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
