Item 7.01 — Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 6, 2015, MRV Communications, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Mark Bonney, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting a company overview to participants at the 17th Annual Needham & Company Growth Conference (the “Conference”) on January 13, 2015. The Conference will take place from January 13, 2015 to January 15, 2015 at the New York Palace Hotel in New York City. The Press Release and presentation materials are available at the Company’s website www.mrv.com. Further details are contained in the Press Release and the presentation materials, which are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and are incorporated herein by reference.
