On January 12, 2015, Lipocine Inc. issued a press release to report the Phase 1b clinical study results with LPCN 1107. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company is planning to attend the J.P. Morgan Annual Healthcare Conference to be held January 12-15, 2015. During the conference, the Company will be meeting with investors and presenting materials to the investors regarding the Company. The Company’s materials to be used in the presentations are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
