Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 12, 2015, Electronic Arts Inc. (“EA”) issued a press release announcing that it has been notified of an unsolicited mini-tender offer by TRC Capital Corporation (“TRC Capital”) to purchase up to 2 million shares of EA’s outstanding common stock. EA does not endorse TRC Capital’s mini-tender offer and recommends that shareholders reject the offer. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
