Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 7, 2015, Joseph D. Moye tendered his resignation from his position as President, Enterprise Customer Business Unit, of Blackbaud, Inc. (the “Company”) effective as of January 30, 2015. Mr. Moye will continue as an employee of the Company until March 15, 2015 in a transitional capacity. Mr. Moye has decided to leave the Company for personal reasons. Charlie Cumbaa, Senior Vice President, Corporate and Product Strategy, will be appointed interim head of the Enterprise Customer Business Unit while the Company initiates a search for Mr. Moye’s replacement.
