Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 12, 2015, Big Lots, Inc. issued a press release announcing its participation in the ICR XChange Conference and reaffirming certain guidance that it previously provided regarding the fourth quarter of its 2014 fiscal year.
