Pinnacle Foods Inc. (the “Company”) today announced an organizational realignment to enhance cross-functional collaboration and speed to market. The change, which shifts resources primarily at the brand team level, is expected to result in a restructuring charge in fiscal 2014 of approximately $2 million primarily associated with severance costs for affected employees.
Effective January 9, 2015, Mark Schiller, currently Executive Vice President and President of the Birds Eye Frozen Division, will assume leadership for all brands as President of North America Retail. As a result, Christopher Slager, Executive Vice President and President of the Duncan Hines Grocery Division, will be leaving the Company effective January 9, 2015.
