Item 5.02 Appointment of Certain Officers
On January 5, 2015, Lawrence Kurzius was appointed as the Registrant’s Chief Operating Officer and President. Alan D. Wilson will continue to remain the Registrant’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Kurzius will also continue to act as President Global Consumer and President North America. Previously, he served as President - Americas and China & Chief Administrative Officer (2014 to January 5, 2015); President - Global Consumer Business & Chief Administrative Officer (2013 to 2014); and President - McCormick International (2008 to 2013).
