On January 9, 2015, FedEx Corporation issued $400,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.300% Notes due 2020, $700,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.200% Notes due 2025, $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.900% Notes due 2035, $650,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.100% Notes due 2045 and $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 4.500% Notes due 2065.

 

We are filing this Current Report on Form 8-K for the purpose of incorporating by reference the exhibits filed herewith into the Registration Statement on Form S-3 (Registration No. 333-183989) by which those notes and related guarantees were registered.
