Effective Friday, January 9, 2015, Vice President, Finance and Treasurer Nick Conrad has retired from The Andersons, Inc. His intention to retire in January 2015 was previously announced with Jim Burmeister's appointment as Vice President, Finance and Treasurer on a Current Report on Form 8-K filed on December 5, 2014.
