On January 8, 2015, American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing total sales for the quarter-to-date period ended January 3, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Additionally, Management updated its fourth quarter earnings guidance in the press release.
