Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 8, 2015, the Registrant issued a press release for its Holiday Season results for the eight weeks ended December 27, 2014. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
