5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

Effective January 7, 2015, the Company agreed to provide Keith E. Gleasman, president and vice president of marketing, an automobile allowance of $260 per month, an increase of $3,120 to his overall annual compensation. In total, Mr. Gleasman’s annual compensation is now $65,620.
