On January 6, 2015, Stage Stores, Inc. issued a News Release announcing that management will make a presentation at the 17th Annual ICR XChange Conference on Monday, January 12, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. The conference is being held at the Grande Lakes Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL. A copy of the News Release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.
