Results for Fiscal Year ended October 31, 2014
On January 7, 2015, MGC Diagnostics Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended October 31, 2014. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
