Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 6, 2015 International Tower Hill Mines Ltd. (the “Company”) reported on the progress made toward optimization of the Livengood Gold Project, Alaska as well as the Company’s plans for metallurgical, field and engineering work for 2015.
