Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
E. Keith Mitchell, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Enable GP, LLC, the general partner of Enable Midstream Partners, LP (the “Partnership”) notified the Partnership on January 6, 2015, that he is resigning effective January 31, 2015 to become Chief Operating Officer of Oklahoma Gas and Electric Company ("OG&E"). OG&E is a subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp., the owner of 50% of the management rights of Enable GP, LLC and 26.3% of the limited partner interests in the Partnership.
