On January 2, 2015, Mercury General Corporation (the “Company”) completed the purchase of all of the issued and outstanding capital stock of Workmen’s Auto Insurance Company, a California domestic property and casualty insurance company (“Workmen’s”) from C&D Shammas Realty, LP, a California limited partnership, and Workmen’s Holding Company, a California corporation.
