On December 29, 2014, the Company received a letter of resignation from Martha Phillips. The resignation was effective December 29, 2014. She had no disagreements with our executive officers or the other members of our Board of Directors leading to the resignation of Ms. Phillips.

Ms. Phillips served as a member of the Board of Directors since July 2014. Upon her resignation, the size of the Board of Directors stands at one member.
