On January 5, 2015, Sorrento Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Dr. Henry Ji, President and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to present a corporate overview at the 2015 Biotech Showcase and 8th Annual OneMedForum in San Francisco, California on January 12, 2015 and January 13, 2015, respectively. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
