ITEM 2.01. COMPLETION OF ACQUISTION
On January 2, 2015 Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc. issued a press release announcing the completion of its acquisition of First Financial Service Corporation effective January 1, 2015. First Financial Service Corporation is the holding company for First Federal Savings Bank of Elizabethtown, Kentucky. As of January 1, 2015, First Federal Savings Bank was merged into Community Bank Shares of Indiana, Inc.’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Your Community Bank.
