Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On December 18, 2014, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Southcross Energy Partners GP, LLC (the “General Partner”), the general partner of Southcross Energy Partners, L.P., increased the annualized base salary of John E. Bonn to $450,000 to reflect his recent election as Chief Executive Officer of the General Partner. On the same date, the Board decreased the annualized base salary of David W. Biegler, the General Partner’s Chairman who formerly served as its Chief Executive Officer, to $200,000. Each of the salary changes for Messrs. Bonn and Biegler is effective January 5, 2015.
