Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On Tuesday, December 23, 2014, Harvard Apparatus Regenerative Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted a conference call with investors (the “Investor Call”). The Company previously filed the script for the Investor Call on a Form 8-k. The transcript for the Investor Call, which includes the script and the questions and answers that occurred on the Investor Call, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
