(b) On December 18, 2014, Omar R. Janjua notified Sonic Corp. (the “Company”) of his resignation as President of the Company’s restaurant operating subsidiary, Sonic Restaurants, Inc., and as Chief Restaurant Operations Officer of the Company’s franchise operating subsidiary, Sonic Industries Services Inc., effective January 20, 2015. Janjua’s responsibilities will be allocated among current members of management.
