On December 22, 2014, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has received regulatory approval from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and the California Department of Business Oversight for its acquisition of Independence Bank. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
