Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement
On December 22, 2014, Oro East Mining, Inc. (“Company”) entered into a promissory note (“Note”) with a Chinese foreign investor lender for the sum of $100,000.00 (One Hundred Thousand U.S. Dollars) at an interest rate of 12.00% (Twelve Percent) per annum to be repaid on or before June 21, 2015. There are no prepayment penalties. In the event of default, there is an acceleration clause and the interest will increase to 18.00% per annum from the date of default until the date the Note is paid in full.
