On December 22, 2014, Kaman Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the sale of its Mexico business unit Delamac de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. (“Delamac”) to Rodamientos y Accesorios S.A. de C.V (RYASA) of Mexico. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference in response to this Item 8.01.
