Item 8.01 Other Events
On December 19, 2014, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a cash dividend to its stockholders for the fourth quarter of 2014. The Company will pay a cash dividend of $0.12 per share of common stock on January 14, 2014 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2014.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
