AMENDMENTS TO ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OR BYLAWS; CHANGE IN FISCAL YEAR.

On December 17, 2014, the Board of Directors approved an amendment to Article III, Section 3 of the Bylaws decreasing the number of board members from fifteen (15) to fourteen (14).
