On December 16, 2014, the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors of Teledyne Technologies Incorporated appointed director Jane C. Sherburne as an independent member of the Board's Audit Committee and Personnel and Compensation Committee, in each case to be effective January 1, 2015.
