Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective as of the close of business on December 17, 2014, Dataram Corporation terminated its agreement with MPP Associates, Inc., pursuant to which Marc P. Palker had been providing CFO services to the Company. Concurrently, John H. Freeman, Dataram’s President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of Dataram’s board of directors, assumed the role of our Corporate Secretary, replacing Mr. Palker in that capacity.
