On December 10, 2014, Telupay International Inc. (the "Company") issued a news release announcing that it has migrated its airtime service to Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc., a tier 1 provider of airtime.
A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
