On September 11, 2013, our company entered into a licensing agreement with Social Media Broadcasts (SMB) Limited wherein our company would have the right to the sales and marketing of the Klarity Analytic Dashboard in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom (including the Republic of Ireland) for a period of two years.
The Klarity Analytical Dashboard now allows users to monitor public social profiles from Youku and gain analytical insights. Youku is the largest social video platform in China.
