On December 16, 2014, Magnolia Solar Corporation issued a press release announcing that its wholly owned subsidiary, Magnolia Solar, Inc., was recently issued a patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office which describes an improved multi-junction solar cell structure.
The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
