Item 8.01 Other Events.
Astea International Inc., (the “Company”) announced today that it has received a positive determination from the NASDAQ Listings Qualifications Panel (the “Panel”) advising it that the Company has been provided a further extension of time, subject to certain conditions, through March 16, 2015, to evidence compliance with the $2.5 million stockholders’ equity requirement for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market. The Company is working to timely evidence compliance with the terms of the Panel’s decision; however, there can be no assurance that it will be able to do so.
