Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On December 9, 2014, Houman Akhavan’s employment with U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated. Mr. Akhavan served as the Company’s Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Akhavan will receive the severance and other benefits set forth in his Employment Agreement with the Company, dated February 14, 2014, a copy of which has been filed as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 18, 2014.
