On December 12, 2014, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (the "Corporation"), parent company of Univest Bank and Trust Co. (the "Bank"), announced the promotion of Michael S. Keim, CPA, to Senior Executive Vice President of the Corporation and the Bank, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Keim will remain Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and the Bank.
The Corporation also announced the promotion of Duane J. Brobst to Senior Executive Vice President of the Corporation and the Bank, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. Brobst will remain Chief Risk Officer of the Corporation and the Bank.
