Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 15, 2014, Stifel Financial Corp. issued a press release announcing that it will redeem all of its outstanding 6.70% Senior Notes due 2022 on January 15, 2015. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
