On December 15, 2014, HomeTrust Bancshares, Inc., the holding company for HomeTrust Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”), issued the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference announcing the hiring of Jeff Mylton as Market President to lead the Bank's expansion into the Charlotte, N.C. metro market.
