Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 15, 2014, First National Community Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had brought current the interest payments that it had previously been deferring on the Company’s indebtedness under $10.3 million of junior subordinated debentures related to its pooled trust preferred securities, which were issued through its trust affiliate, First National Community Statutory Trust I. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein.
