Other Events.
|
On December 15, 2014, Cosi, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of its previously announced rights offering, which expired at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 12, 2014. The Company also announced that preliminary results indicate the rights offering was oversubscribed and, as such, that the Company anticipates issuing 13,333,333 common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of $20 million. The Company expects American Stock Transfer & Trust Company, LLC, the subscription agent, to finish tabulating the allocation results this week and to begin distributing the shares, the refund checks for any unfulfilled oversubscriptions and the sale proceeds the week of December 22, 2014.
