On December 8, 2014, John Farias resigned, effective as of December 19, 2014, as Chief Accounting Officer (“CAO”) of both of Starwood Waypoint Residential Trust, a Maryland real estate investment trust (the “Company”), and the Company’s manager, SWAY Management LLC (the “Manager”), in order to pursue other opportunities. Nina Tran, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and the Manager, will assume the responsibilities of the CAO role as part of her Chief Financial Officer responsibilities.
