Other Events

On December 8, 2014, the Board of Directors of Wolverine Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a special cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.60 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of December 19, 2014 and is expected to be paid on or about December 26, 2014.
A copy of the press release dated December 11, 2014 giving details associated with the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
