Item 5.07.      Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
 
Silicon Graphics International Corp. (the “ Company ”) held its 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on December 9, 2014 (the “ Annual Meeting ”).  As of the record date, October 17, 2014, there were issued and outstanding and entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting 34,582,559 shares of the Company's common stock.  A total of 32,479,828 shares of the Company's common stock, constituting a quorum, were represented in person or by proxy at the Annual Meeting.
 
 The Company's stockholders voted on five proposals at the Annual Meeting.  The proposals are described in the Company's definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 24, 2014 (the “ Proxy Statement ”).  The final results of the votes regarding each proposal are set forth below.
 
Proposal No. 1: Election of Directors
 
The Company's stockholders elected the following seven persons to the Company's Board of Directors, to serve until the next annual meeting of stockholders and until their successors are duly elected and qualified.  The voting results regarding this proposal are set forth below:
