Item 8.01 Other Events
As part of the Company’s strategy to streamline and simplify operations, the Company announced earlier this year its intention to reduce the number of airline operating certificates from three to two. This process has been underway for the past several months and is expected to conclude by the end of 2014. All flight operations currently at Chautauqua Airlines are expected to transfer to Shuttle America as of January 1, 2015. The Company is currently in discussions with third parties related to the potential sale of Chautauqua Airlines. The Company can provide no assurance that a sale of Chautauqua will be consummated or whether the terms of such a sale would materially affect its results of operations, cash flows or financial position.
